Linden Wood Cabinet

This beautifully crafted Linden wood cabinet came to us as a commission piece, a little tired from age but full of potential. Following conversations with our lovely client in Nantwich, we agreed on a full transformation—painting both the interior and exterior in ‘Miss Mouse’, a soft light grey from the Vintage with Grace furniture paint range.

After thorough cleaning, sanding, priming, and undercoating, we applied multiple coats of Miss Mouse to achieve a smooth, even finish. To enhance the cabinet’s ornate carved details, we carefully applied Frenchic Defining Wax, which beautifully brought out the intricacy of the craftsmanship. Finally, the entire piece was sealed with clear wax to ensure long-lasting protection and durability.

The finished cabinet was personally delivered back to our client, who was absolutely thrilled with the transformation—a true revival of a stunning, character-filled piece.
